Job Title: Team Lead – Client Servicing Company: Auburn Location: Sansad Marg, New Delhi Experience: 8–10 Years Compensation: Up to ₹80,000 per month About the Role Auburn is looking for a seasoned Team Lead – Client Servicing to manage large-scale marketing projects and lead a passionate team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with government clients, ministries, or public sector bodies , and a proven record in executing integrated marketing campaigns across content, paid media, PR, and social media . Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of 10–12 client servicing executives , driving performance and excellence in delivery. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with government ministries and institutional clients . Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams — creative, content, PR, and digital marketing — to ensure smooth project execution. Develop client strategies and campaign plans aligned with brand and communication objectives. Oversee campaign performance, prepare comprehensive reports, and deliver impactful client presentations.
