Job Title: CRM & Revenue Operations Specialist (GoHighLevel Expert)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CRM & RevOps Specialist with expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage, automate, and optimize our sales and marketing workflows. This role will involve lead management, workflow automation, reporting, training, and continuous process improvement to ensure our sales team operates at peak efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Assignment-
- Upload raw leads from CSV files and manually assign them to 1 of 12 sales reps based on experience, license type, and lead source.
- Create and maintain tags for date, lead source, and buying stage.
- Deduplicate leads and ensure reassignment to original owners with updated tags and information.
- Reassign leads from terminated reps, those on vacation, or with excess workload.
Automation & Integrations-
- Build automations for Shopify organic leads, ensuring they are only assigned to the designated reps.
- Create and optimize funnels from Meta/Google Lead Forms and Meta/Google Shopping Ads into GHL.
- Integrate RingCentral phone reporting with GHL to consolidate inbound, outbound, and call-time data per rep.
- Turn off abandoned cart notifications for all reps except designated team members (Mary & Joan).
Quality Control & Pipeline Management-
- Monitor leads through each pipeline stage to ensure proper follow-up (calls, texts, product page links, drafts).
- Simplify and improve GHL UX for easier navigation (pipeline stages, tags, buying stages).
- Implement automated tagging for buying stages (010) based on updates in the CRM.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop custom reports to support sales reps and leadership decision-making.
- Ensure all lead, pipeline, and call data are tracked and available for performance analysis.
Training & Documentation
- Create training videos for processes (lead uploads, deduplication, workflow management, merging contacts, etc.).
- Develop CRM onboarding and sales training materials for new hires.
- Train sales reps on best practices and maintain consistency in CRM usage.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Work with the in-house AI team to design AI agents for lead qualification and information gathering.
- Assist leadership in creating and executing 100+ email drip campaigns for different product lines and upsell opportunities.
- Continuously improve funnels, workflows, and automations to optimize conversions.
Requirements
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel CRM (or similar CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Strong understanding of sales operations, RevOps, and lead management workflows.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, funnels, and drip campaigns.
- Knowledge of Shopify, Meta/Google Ads, and RingCentral integrations preferred.
- Ability to build custom dashboards and reports for sales teams and leadership.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in deduplication, tagging, and workflow design.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to train and document processes.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate with AI and technical teams for new initiatives.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with sales enablement/training content creation (videos, documentation).
- Familiarity with API/webhook integrations for CRM and marketing tools.
- Exposure to RevOps strategies and sales performance optimization
