Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Ecommerce Manager. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for managing the online sales and marketing strategies, analyzing sales data, overseeing the daily operations of the online store, and optimizing the user experience. The role includes working closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless online transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Excellent Communication skills for customer interaction and team collaboration
- Experience in Sales and E-Commerce management
- Marketing skills to develop and implement online promotional strategies
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Previous experience in the e-commerce sector is a plus
