Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager located in Chennai. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing online sales and e-commerce activities, developing marketing strategies, analyzing data, and managing the company's e-commerce website. The role involves collaborating with various departments to optimize online sales performance, ensuring a seamless user experience, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 4-8 Years of proven expertise in managing Shopify and scaling online sales in oversees market.
  • Strong understanding of CRO, SEO, and customer retention strategies.
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4).
  • Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and performance tracking
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and customer interaction
  • Sales and Marketing experience to develop and implement strategies
  • Comprehensive knowledge of E-Commerce platforms and trends
  • Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus
