Job Title: MS Office Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled MS Office Expert to join our Accounts Department. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and will be responsible for managing accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting administrative requirements. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
  • Maintain and update financial records accurately.
  • Prepare basic financial reports in Excel.
  • Track and manage expense records on a daily basis.
  • Support in administrative tasks such as documentation and filing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for accounting and admin requirements.
  • Assist in budgeting and expense monitoring.
  • Handle petty cash management.
  • Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documents.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • BCom Preferred
  • Proficiency in 
    MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
    , Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
