Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement:Approach and engage potential customers, explain product benefits, and persuade them to try or buy the product.
  • Product Demonstration:Conduct product demonstrations and provide free samples or trial products to showcase features and attract customers.
  • Sales & Promotion:Distribute promotional materials like flyers and brochures and deliver persuasive presentations to influence customers.
  • Sales Target Achievement:Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Product Display & Merchandising:Set up and maintain attractive and eye-catching product displays in retail or event locations.
  • Product Knowledge:Maintain in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of the products being promoted to answer customer questions and address concerns effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Building:Foster positive customer relationships and build brand awareness and a positive brand image for the company's products.
  • Feedback Collection:Gather customer feedback and report trends and preferences to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Reporting:Submit daily sales reports and track sales activities to monitor progress and provide insights to management.

  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers and delivering presentations.
  • Persuasion:The ability to persuade and influence customers to make purchasing decisions is a core requirement.

  • Interpersonal Skills:Friendliness, patience, and empathy are crucial for building positive customer interactions.
  • Customer Service:Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all potential customers.
  • Organization & Time Management:The ability to organize work, manage time effectively, and work independently.
  • Sales Acumen:Experience in sales or demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas is often preferred.
