Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager who thrives on direct client engagement—making calls, setting up meetings, driving site visits, and closing high-value deals. This is a performance-driven role suited for professionals with strong persuasion, negotiation, and proven closing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Generate and convert leads through networking, cold calling, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, investors, and agencies.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable real estate projects.
  • Organize and conduct property site visits, open houses, and events.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and negotiation to closure.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  • 2–6 years of sales experience (real estate experience in Noida is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
  • Flexibility to travel across Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Gurugram.
  • Highly confident, target-driven, and self-motivated.
