About the Role:

We're looking for a creative Interior Designer to join our team in Malappuram. You'll design stunning residential/commercial spaces using SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop as primary tools. Basic knowledge of other design software (AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, or Enscape) is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create functional, aesthetic designs with detailed 3D visualizations (SketchUp + Lumion).
  • Prepare mood boards, material selections, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients.
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

Skills Required:

Must-Have:

  • Expertise in SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop (portfolio required).
  • Strong sense of space planning, lighting, and textures.
  • Ability to translate ideas into photorealistic renders.

Good-to-Have (Basic Knowledge):

  • AutoCAD (2D drafting), Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Enscape.
  • Familiarity with Estimation Software (e.g., BOQ tools).
