About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated, creative, and structured professional to lead our digital content strategy and day-to-day operations.

This is a hybrid role that blends social media expertise, production management, and executive support — ideal for someone who can think strategically and execute hands-on.

You'll be responsible for managing content calendars, optimizing YouTube and social platforms, driving engagement, and ensuring smooth execution across all shoots, uploads, and brand activities.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Social Media Management


• Develop and execute content strategies across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X to grow reach, engagement, and brand presence.


• Create and manage monthly content calendars, ensuring alignment between production, posting, and analytics goals.


• Collaborate with creative and editing teams to maintain consistent tone, pacing, and storytelling.


• Track and analyze performance metrics across platforms — impressions, engagement, reach, and conversion.


• Stay updated on trends, platform algorithm changes, and viral formats to ensure the brand stays relevant.

YouTube Channel Management


• Plan and oversee video uploads, including metadata optimization (titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails, SEO).


• Manage playlists, community posts, and channel branding for cohesive presentation.


• Analyze YouTube Analytics and audience insights to improve retention and growth.


• Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable recommendations.

Operations & Production Management


• Manage shoot schedules, production logistics, vendors, and crew.


• Ensure deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met without compromising quality.


• Oversee office operations — vendor coordination, inventory, payment follow-ups, and documentation.


• Create streamlined workflows for editing, review, and publishing processes.


• Be the organizational backbone that turns creative chaos into structured execution.

Executive Assistant to Founder


• Work directly with the founder on daily planning, communication, and task prioritization.


• Manage calendars, meetings, follow-ups, and office communication.


• Anticipate needs, flag blockers early, and ensure the founder's bandwidth is focused on creativity and strategy.

Qualifications & Skills


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.


• 3–6 years' experience in social media management, content strategy, or production operations (agency or brand side).


• Proven success in growing digital presence and managing YouTube + Instagram ecosystems.


• Proficiency in tools such as YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Photoshop.


• Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.


• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into strategy.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Must be based in Chennai (in-office role).
