About the Role

We are hiring an
ORM Analyst
to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should come from a
marketing or advertising agency background
and have hands-on experience in managing, tracking, and enhancing the online reputation of brands. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in using ORM tools and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor brand mentions, customer reviews, and conversations across digital platforms including social media, forums, and review sites.
  • Analyze sentiment and provide actionable insights to improve brand reputation.
  • Develop and implement ORM strategies to build a positive digital presence.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and marketing teams to ensure unified brand messaging.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly ORM performance reports for clients.
  • Handle ORM tools for tracking keywords, mentions, and competitor analysis.
  • Identify potential PR or reputation risks and coordinate resolutions proactively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of ORM experience in a
    marketing or advertising agency environment
    .
  • Strong understanding of online reputation and social listening platforms.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency with ORM tools such as Brand24, Talkwalker, Google Alerts, or similar.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced agency setup
