Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing & Servicing Manager based in DLF City, Gurugram. The role involves developing and managing sales strategies, actively engaging with clients, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The Sales and Marketing Specialist has to ensure exceptional client service, as needed and oversee sales management to meet and exceed targets. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams to align marketing campaigns and achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication, Project mgmt, & Servicing.
  • Proficiency in Experiential Projects Sales and Client Management
  • Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to inform strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven success in a sales or marketing role, preferably in the experiential or creative industry
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment with advent of AI and other technology innovations.
  • Ability to lead and delegate and raise his or her team when needed.
