We're seeking an energetic and organised Office Assistant who can manage daily administrative tasks and provide support across sales, accounting, and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Handle calls, emails, courier, and client follow-ups.
  • Maintain office supplies, petty cash, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and schedules.

Sales & Client Coordination

  • Support the sales team with lead tracking and CRM updates.
  • Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and follow up with clients.
  • Maintain records of orders, payments, and delivery updates.
  • Coordinate with production and design teams for project timelines and status updates.

Accounts Assistance

  • Record daily expenses and maintain accurate financial documentation.
  • Assist with vendor bills, payment entries, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with the external accountant for GST, TDS, and filing.
  • Support in budgeting and maintaining purchase/sales records.

HR & Team Support

  • Assist in recruitment — job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain attendance and leave registers.
  • Handle employee document collection and onboarding activities.
  • Coordinate staff communication and basic HR compliance records.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration, sales support, or accounting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with Tally or Zoho Books is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a technical environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
