Office Assistant (MBA/Business Qualification)

Location: Kochi (MUST BE A RESIDENT OF KOCHI)

Qualification: MBA or relevant Business degree

Additional Qualification: Two-wheeler license

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including managing correspondence, and maintaining office records.
  • Office Management:

Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient functioning of the office.

  • Communication:

Handle internal and external communications professionally, including liaising with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.

Prepare and maintain business reports, presentations, and documents using MS Office, Excel or other software.

Maintain databases, track inventory, and manage filing systems accurately.

Assist in coordinating between departments, organizing events, and supporting project teams as required.

Support basic bookkeeping tasks, invoice processing, and expense tracking.

Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Candidate Profile:

  • MBA or equivalent business qualification
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Resident of Kochi mandatory
  • Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ernakulam, Kerala 682024: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
