- Manage office stationery purchasing
- Monitor inventory of stationery and general office supplies
- Greet visitors, answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain and organise physical and digital filing systems (documents, records, correspondence).
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and other correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies: monitor stock, place orders, ensure supplies are available and functional.
- Provide general clerical support: data entry, photocopying, scanning, faxing, preparing documents/presentations.
- Ensure the office environment (common areas, reception, meeting rooms) remains orderly, clean and professional.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
