We are looking for energetic and qualified Last Mile Delivery Lead to join our Direct to Home (D2H) Operations team in Indore & Bhopal.

If you have a good network of delivery partners across various zones in Indore & Bhopal this is your opportunity to join MP's leading direct to home (D2H) milk subscription brand

Please note that this roll requires handling early morning milk delivery operations that start from opening the hubs at 4 am and ensuring that deliveries across all routes in a city are completed by 7 am

People with experience in managing before 7 am delivery operations in BB Daily, Milk Basket or Qcom operations in Blinkit/Zepto will be preferred

At present we are operating 7 hubs in Bhopal with 45 routes and 1 hub in Indore with 7 routes. This would be expanded to close to 15-20 hubs with 150+ riders for each city

You will be responsible for recruiting & managing delivery boys, managing hub operations, identifying new hub locations, ensuring routes delivery costing is as per target and delivery operations are managed timely & efficiently.

This role is a field role and hence requires you to be on hubs in early morning hours. Please note that milk delivery is a 365 day operations work hence only people who have strong ownership mentality to get the work done should apply

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders: Sourcing, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues.
  • Team Management: Reducing rider turnover and meeting delivery SLA goals.
  • Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time.
  • MIS/Data Management: Preparing data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Operations/Last-Mile experience at Quick Commerce/logistics companies.
  • Education: Graduate and above
  • Team management, stakeholder management, & independent decision-making experience are a must.
  • Must take ownership as milk delivery is a 365 day operational work
