Key Responsibilities:1. Office Maintenance & Cleanliness
- Keep the office premises clean and tidy at all times.
- Clean desks, tables, and reception area.
- Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms and client waiting areas.
- Handle waste disposal and maintain proper hygiene.
2. Client Hospitality
- Serve tea, coffee, and water to clients and visitors.
- Welcome guests politely and guide them to the reception or meeting area.
- Ensure drinking water and refreshments are always available.
3. Administrative Assistance
- Assist staff with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Deliver or pick up documents from nearby places when required.
- Help arrange files, forms, and paperwork related to immigration & visa applications.
- Support the front desk in organizing documents for client meetings.
4. Office Support Tasks
- Keep stationery, office supplies, and forms organized and replenished.
- Assist in maintaining the office environment for smooth work operations.
- Help set up workspace for client consultations or internal meetings.
- Run small errands inside and outside the office when required.
5. General Responsibilities
- Follow company policies, confidentiality, and maintain professionalism.
- Ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Report any maintenance issues (AC, lights, printer, etc.) to the supervisor.
