About the Role

We are looking for a
Lead Product Manager
to drive innovation and growth in our
digital payments ecosystem
, focusing on
UPI, Affordability Solutions (EMI / Pay Later), and Card Payments
. This is a strategic leadership role where you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring seamless customer experiences and scalable payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision
  • Define the product roadmap for UPI, affordability products (EMI, BNPL, Pay Later), and card-based payments.
  • Drive adoption and engagement by identifying market opportunities, regulatory trends, and customer needs.
  • Product Development & Execution
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive payment solutions.
  • Own the entire product lifecycle: ideation, requirements, design, testing, and launch.
  • Ensure compliance with
    RBI and NPCI guidelines
    for payment products.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with banks, card networks (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and ecosystem partners to enable new features and integrations.
  • Work closely with business, operations, and risk teams to balance growth, customer experience, and compliance.
  • Performance & Growth
  • Track product adoption, funnel conversion, transaction volumes, and revenue growth.
  • Drive affordability penetration by building merchant partnerships and consumer-focused features.
  • Optimize card and UPI journeys to reduce drop-offs and improve payment success rates.

Qualifications

  • 4 –12 years of product management experience in
    payments / fintech / BFSI / e-commerce / SaaS
    .
  • Strong domain expertise in
    UPI, EMI/BNPL/Pay Later, or Card Payments
    .
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling digital products with measurable business impact.
  • Excellent understanding of
    regulatory frameworks
    (RBI, NPCI, card networks).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to use data for decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
