We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong skills in Python, DevOps tools, and automation to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving and automating our development and release processes, enhancing system reliability, and ensuring secure and efficient infrastructure across environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement robust development tools, automation scripts, and infrastructure solutions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure smooth communication between development and operations teams.

  • Automate and enhance CI/CD pipelines for faster and more reliable software delivery.

  • Conduct code reviews, perform test analysis, and support quality assurance processes.

  • Monitor systems and ensure they are secure against cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including root cause analysis of production errors.

  • Develop tools and scripts to reduce system errors and improve the overall customer experience.

  • Plan and execute system updates, software patches, and performance enhancements.

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for deployed applications and infrastructure.

  • Design procedures for ongoing system maintenance and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of experience in DevOps or a similar software engineering role.

  • Strong programming skills in Python.

  • Proficiency with Git, GitHub workflows, and version control best practices.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools, infrastructure automation, and monitoring solutions.

  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL.

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps culture

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
