Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python DevOps Engineer to play a critical role in optimizing deployment pipelines, automating processes, and scaling infrastructure. This position requires expertise in Python development combined with modern DevOps practices to drive project success and enable innovation in AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives.

  • Design and implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline software delivery and improve availability.
  • Lead Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives and cloud migration projects using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to embed DevOps best practices into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Automate workflows and processes using Python, Flask, or Django to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting solutions to maintain production system reliability.
  • Provide technical mentorship and leadership to junior engineers, promoting knowledge-sharing and best practices.
  • Support initiatives related to AI/ML pipelines and Generative AI deployments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6-9 years of experience in DevOps engineering with strong Python development skills.
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficiency in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Terraform, Ansible).
  • Experience with database technologies (MongoDB, SQL) and data pipelines.
  • Exposure to AI/ML frameworks and Generative AI productionization is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
