Job Title: Debt Collection Agent

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Debt Collection Agents to join our team in Mysore. As a Debt Collection Agent, you will be responsible for collecting debts from customers, handling customer calls and negotiations, meeting collection targets, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Line of Business:

  • Medical Billing Collection

  • Credit Card Collection

  • International Collection (US Process)

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ year of experience 3rd-party US collection

  • Communication: Good communication skills

  • Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

What We Offer:

  • Attractive Salary: Up to ₹40,000

  • Work Schedule: 5 working days with 2 rotational week-offs

Work Details:

  • Location: Mysore.
