Site Engineer
to join our client's team in Chennai.

Job Title: Site Engineer

Industry: Interior Design

Location: Chennai

Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome)

Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical or Civil Engineering

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site activities for interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, supervise site execution, and ensure quality and timelines are maintained. This role requires regular site travel, and a personal two-wheeler is a must (travel reimbursements provided).

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is progressing as per design plans and schedule

* Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution

* Ensure materials and workmanship meet the required standards

* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team

* Address and resolve any issues or delays on-site

* Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times

* Maintain site reports and documentation

Requirements:

* B.E. in Mechanical or Civil Engineering

* 0–1 year of relevant experience (Freshers with strong interest in interior projects are encouraged to apply)

* Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with frequent travel

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
