Job Profile:

  • Maintain employee records in both physical and digital formats, in accordance with NABH standards.

  • Responsible to maintain Credentialing and privileging of Clinician and tracker for valid registration for clinician and Nursing department

  • Ensure Vaccination of all Hospital staff & contractual staff, and maintain a tracker to be shared on a weekly basis.

  • Responsible for maintaining MIS, conducting exit interviews, and tracking attrition data.

  • Assisting to HR Head for Creating and implementing policies and procedures that meet the organization's goals

  • Calculate and generate challans for PF, ESIC, and PT, and ensure timely remittance.

  • Ensure monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual returns as applicable under statutory compliance under labour law

  • Preparing statutory registers under all applicable labour laws.
