Job Description
About Zouma:
Zouma is a dynamic and fast-growing company committed to excellence in customer service and innovation. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, our front desk team plays a critical role in setting the tone for the entire company experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and clients with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
- Handle visitor registrations, issue badges, and ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies
- Coordinate with internal departments for day-to-day office operations
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred for front desk representation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus)
- Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High level of professionalism and grooming
- Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Educational Qualification
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline
- Hospitality, Administration, or Communication background is a plus
