Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru for a Branch Head role. The Branch Head will oversee daily operations of the branch, ensure targets are met, and maintain smooth coordination across teams. Key responsibilities include leading sales operations, managing customer relationships, supervising staff, monitoring inventory, and overseeing logistics. The role requires strategic planning, effective problem-solving, and collaboration with other branches to ensure organizational goals are achieved effectively.

  • Proven leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
  • Expertise in sales management, business development, and client relationship strategies
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage branch operations effectively
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process improvements and operational excellence
  • Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain logistics
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Experience in the interior building materials industry is preferred
