Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Elevator Sales Executive to drive business growth through the sale of elevator and escalator solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, preparing proposals, and closing deals for new installations, modernization projects, and maintenance contracts. This role requires both technical understanding and strong commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory
  • Promote and sell elevator, escalator, and vertical transportation solutions to builders, architects, consultants, facility managers, and real estate developers
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand project requirements and provide tailored product and service offerings
  • Prepare and deliver competitive technical and commercial proposals
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in alignment with company goals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts and coordinate with internal teams (engineering, installation, and service) to ensure project delivery
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of vertical transportation systems and building infrastructure (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
