Requirements·       Bachelor's degree in Business,Finance, or a related field.·       Minimum of 8 -9 years ofexperience in Bancassurance sales, with a focus on General Insurance.·       Proven track record ofachieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.·       Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.·       Strong analytical andproblem -solving abilities.·       Ability to work independentlyand as part of a team.·       Proficiency in MS Office Suite. ·       Experience in selling cropinsurance products prefered.·       Knowledge of the agriculturalsector and crop loan processes.·       Familiarity with the regulatoryenvironment for insurance sales in India.
