Senior Manager Financial Strategy

You will play a crucial role as a Senior Manager in Financial Strategy within the Steel Manufacturing industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the preparation of information memorandum for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments - Overseeing investment analysis, capital deployment, and long-term financial planning - Reviewing and streamlining corporate reporting, governance, compliance calendar, and MIS frameworks - Driving the preparation and periodic review of the Annual Business Plan - Acting as the primary liaison with external corporate consultants and advisors - Leading cross-functional internal projects for process improvement and strategic growth - Preparing materials for Board meetings and managing stakeholder communications - Collaborating with business and operational teams to align financial strategy with company goals - Coordinating with Credit Rating Agency for the annual rating Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Chartered Accountant (CA) and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) - Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, strategy, or corporate planning - Strong background in M&A, corporate finance, and investment evaluation - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex projects In addition to the above, you will benefit from: - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Paid time off - Provident Fund Please note that this is a full-time position requiring in-person work at Andheri East, Mumbai MH.,
