Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive, located in Dehradun. The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, creating tailored travel packages, booking accommodations, flights and other travel services, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining relationships with clients, keeping up-to-date with travel industry trends, and handling all travel inquiries and reservations.
Qualifications
- Sales Skills: Previous experience in sales, especially in the travel industry
- Travel Planning Skills: Knowledge of various travel destinations and the ability to create personalized travel itineraries
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and handle their queries effectively
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple bookings and travel arrangements efficiently
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in travel booking systems and software
- Adaptability: Ability to stay updated on travel trends and industry changes
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
