Role & responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with HR stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead project teams to execute HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Resource Management

  • Allocate and manage internal HR resources, external consultants, and vendors.
  • Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed to meet project milestones.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify potential risks and issues early.
  • Develop mitigation and contingency plans to ensure project success.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Facilitate regular communication with HR leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
  • Ensure alignment of HR projects with business objectives.

Change Management

  • Collaborate with HR teams to plan and implement change management strategies.
  • Support smooth transitions for employees impacted by HR initiatives.

Quality Assurance

  • Implement quality control processes to ensure high standards in project delivery.
  • Review project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain detailed documentation including charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Present project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
