Global HR Project Manager

Responsibilities Lead HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. Manage projects in areas such as:HR Processes optimizationHR technology implementationHR Programs Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Collaborate with international stakeholders to define objectives, success metrics, and change management plans. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare and present project updates and insights to senior leadership. Share best practices and contribute to the success of the HR PMO team . Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred) and 8-10 years minimum of experience in HR Project Management. Proven experience in HR project management or HR PMO roles, ideally in a global or multinational context . Strong understanding of HR processes and HR Operations. Project management certifications are a plus. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) and MS Office Suite. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
