Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable IT Support & Junior/Mid Level Developer to join our team. This role begins with a focus on data management and IT support, while offering opportunities to participate in light development work. Over time, you will transition into a full-time developer role, gaining hands-on experience with web, mobile, and cloud-based technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Management & IT Support (Initial Focus)

2. Accurately manage and update data within company systems and applications.

3. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

4. Respond to incidents, troubleshoot problems, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

5. Maintain clear documentation of technical processes, support activities, and issue resolutions.

6. Application & Software Development (Growth Area)

7. Contribute to light development tasks under the guidance of senior developers.

8. Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of web and mobile applications.

9. Work with modern technologies, including:

Frontend: , React Native, Expo

Backend: Laravel, PHP, Python

Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL

Cloud: AWS

CMS: WordPress

• Participate in testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure stable, high-quality applications.

• Database & Cloud Management

• Manage and optimize MySQL and PostgreSQL databases for accuracy, performance, and security.

• Support deployment, scaling, and maintenance of applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.

• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with team members to understand technical requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and planning sessions.

• Engage in continuous learning, professional development, and mentorship programs to advance toward a developer-focused role.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy with attention to detail.

• Experience or strong interest in IT support, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of full-stack development principles.

• Familiarity or willingness to learn:

Backend: Laravel, PHP, Python

Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL

Cloud: AWS

CMS: WordPress

• Experience with Android app development is an advantage.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
