Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our visual communication and design initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong conceptual and technical design skills, be proficient with multiple design tools, and have hands-on experience in brand design, digital content creation, and UI/UX projects for web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & Visual Identity

Develop and refine company logos, icons, and brand assets.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and platforms.

  • Digital & Social Media Design

Create engaging social media posts, banners, and ad creatives optimized for each platform.

Collaborate with marketing teams to design visual campaigns that enhance engagement and conversions.

  • UI/UX Design

Support website and mobile app design initiatives with clean, intuitive layouts and interactive prototypes.

Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency across devices.

  • Video & Motion Graphics

Design and edit videos, reels, and motion graphics with professional Voiceover integration.

Produce marketing videos, explainers, and promotional content aligned with brand storytelling.

  • Creative Leadership

Conceptualize campaigns from idea to execution with minimal supervision.

Mentor junior designers and coordinate with marketing, development, and product teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative agency or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social media, and UI/UX design work.
  • Advanced proficiency in multiple tools such as:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, XD)
  • Figma / Sketch / Canva / CorelDRAW
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and user experience principles.
  • Experience in video editing, animation, and sound design with VoiceOver capability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to evolving brand directions.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of 3D design tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and content strategy.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker with keen attention to detail and visual storytelling.
