Position Overview

We are looking for a
Sales Engineer – Hydraulic Products (Gear Motors & Etc)
with strong technical expertise and proven sales experience. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the sales of
hydraulic equipment (preferably gear motors)
and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell
    hydraulic gear motors and related products
    to OEMs, EPCs, and industrial clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the market presence.
  • Provide
    technical support, product demonstrations, and presentations
    to clients.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver
    customized technical solutions
    .
  • Maintain relationships with customers, consultants, and channel partners.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in hydraulics.

Requirements

  • Education:
    B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
  • Experience:
    Minimum 3 years in sales of
    hydraulic products (preferably gear motors & etc)
    .
  • Strong technical understanding of
    hydraulic systems
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    .
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
