Position Overview
We are looking for a
Sales Engineer – Hydraulic Products (Gear Motors & Etc)
with strong technical expertise and proven sales experience. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the sales of
hydraulic equipment (preferably gear motors)
and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell
hydraulic gear motors and related products
to OEMs, EPCs, and industrial clients. - Identify new business opportunities and expand the market presence.
- Provide
technical support, product demonstrations, and presentations
to clients. - Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver
customized technical solutions
. - Maintain relationships with customers, consultants, and channel partners.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in hydraulics.
Requirements
- Education:
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory). - Experience:
Minimum 3 years in sales of
hydraulic products (preferably gear motors & etc)
. - Strong technical understanding of
hydraulic systems
. - Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
. - Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
