Position Summary:

The role is responsible to support on R&D Packaging Development activities. We are looking for ambitious and dedicated individuals with an innovative mindset. As a Packaging Technologist, the person will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing packaging solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing packaging solutions for skincare products considering functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, formulation, planning, production, procurement, etc.
  • Factory coordination for material qualification trials.
  • Managing the Product-Packaging compatibility program.
  • Testing packaging prototypes and conducting quality assessments.
  • Preparing specifications and providing end-to-end support on all annexure and BOM related activities.
  • Troubleshooting packaging issues by providing technical support to resolve this.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Packaging Technology
  • Above 2 years of experience in FMCG or relevant industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
