Product Line Manager – Artificial Lift & Well Completion Tools

Location: Khopoli, Mumbai

Relocation: Required

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Line Manager to lead our Artificial Lift and Well Completion Tools division. The ideal candidate will bring 5–6 years of domain experience, strong technical expertise, and proven leadership skills to manage the product lifecycle, drive innovation, and engage with clients at a strategic level.

This is a critical leadership role, ideal for professionals passionate about advancing technology and delivering results in the upstream oil & gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end lifecycle from development to commercialization, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Define and execute product roadmaps incorporating market insights, customer feedback, and long-term growth strategies.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, assess competitor offerings, and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and successful product launches.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with key clients, provide technical support, and ensure superior customer satisfaction.
  • Innovation & Improvement: Drive continuous product innovation and enhancement to maintain PPS's competitive edge.
  • Performance Analytics: Track KPIs such as sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction to guide improvements.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience: 5–6 years in product line management within artificial lift or well completion tools.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of artificial lift systems, well completion tools, and industry standards.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data-driven insights for product and market decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
  • Adaptability: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving industry environment.
