Job Location – Kothrud (Work from Office)

Position – Title Searcher – US Mortgage

Job Shift – Night Shift - 5 Days a Week – Saturday Sunday Off

Job Summary:- A Title Searcher examines public records to verify property ownership and identify potential title issues, such as liens, encumbrances, or defects.

IMMEDIATE JOINER PREFERRED

Requirements: -

  • Minimum 1-year experience in US Mortgage Title Search
  • Hands on Experience in working on Current owner and Full search
  • Conduct thorough title searches and examinations of public records, including deeds, mortgages, liens, and tax records
  • Analyze property titles to identify any issues that may affect the sale or financing of the property
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding title searches and property transactions
  • Hands on Experience in various Search Engines
  • Must have worked on Deed Mortgage and Taxes
  • Must have experience in US Residential Property Documents Verification & Reviewing
  • Conduct title searches: Examine public records, including deeds, mortgages, court records, and tax records, to verify property ownership and identify potential title issues.
  • Analyze search results: Review search findings to determine the property's marketability and identify any issues that need to be resolved.
  • Prepare title reports: Create detailed reports outlining the property's ownership history, any title issues, and recommendations for clearing up defects.
  • Communicate with stakeholders: Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, and other parties to resolve title issues and ensure smooth transactions.
