Job Description: The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors. The role involves handling front-desk operations, attending calls, providing information, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper entry/exit procedures.
- Provide information about programs, schedules, and services when required.
- Coordinate with staff members to manage appointments and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception desk.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹144, ₹180,000.00 per year
