Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and building strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing business strategies, preparing sales reports, and presenting to potential clients. The role requires proactive communication and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong Business Acumen and Account Management skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales or business development roles
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Experience in the elevator industry is a plus
