Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
  • Pitch digital marketing services including social media management, SEO, performance marketing, branding, and web development to potential clients.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent service and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to prepare customized marketing proposals and presentations.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the agency's growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the agency's services.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing concepts (social media, SEO, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
