Genpact Walk-in drive for Customer service: Voice roles|| Hyderabad location on 11th November 2025
**Candidate should be able to speak/read/understand both Hindi and English language.
- Walk-in Timings: 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
- Venue: Genpact, Plot No. 14/45, IDA Uppal, Habsiguda, Hyderabad 500079
- Graduation: Any grad except law is eligible
- Experience: 0 to 3 yrs (previous exp. in voice roles)
- Work location: Hyderabad (Only work from office)
- Languages known: Hindi+English
- Shifts: Flexible with any shift
- Mandatory documents to carry: 2 Passport size photographs (One photograph to be pasted on resume), 2 copy of resume, Original Aadhar card
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and customer's concern
- Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- You should be responsible to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- Graduate (Any Discipline except Law/diploma)
- Freshers are eligible (Undergraduates/pursuing/result awaited candidates are not eligible)
- Candidates upto 3-year experience in voice process are eligible
Preferred qualifications
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
- Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
- You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
