Experience: 02 Years (HMIS Software Sales experience preferred)
Interview Venue: NSL Arena SEZ, 6th Floor Block 1, IDA Uppal
Interview Rounds: 3 rounds (Operation Round-1 & 2, HR Round)
Work Location: Madhapur, Hitech City, Hyderabad
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our Healthcare Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our HMIS (Hospital Management Information System) software to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions. Candidates with prior experience in HMIS or healthcare IT sales will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients in the healthcare sector and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Present, promote, and explain HMIS software features and benefits to decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations for hospitals and clinics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and implementation teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
- Maintain sales reports, client data, and follow-up records.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

- Willingness to travel for on-field sales visits.
- Basic understanding of IT/software solutions (healthcare domain preferred).
