Role: International Chat Process

(80% of Chat and 20% of Voice Process)

Experience: 0- 1+ Years

Salary:-

Freshers: 2.8 LPA

Experienced: Up to 4.0 LPA

Shifts: - 5 Days a Week, Night Shifts

Location: Uppal, Hyderabad

2 Way Cab is Provided

Skills:

  • Typing Speed - 30WPM
  • Excellent communications
  • International Chat Process Experience (preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Interact with international customers via chat and email to provide information about products and services.

* Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

* Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries,

* complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders and billing.

* Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.

* Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent written communication skills in English (grammar, tone, and clarity are essential).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Prior experience in international voice/chat/email support will be an added advantage.
