We're Hiring: Manager, Quality (Location: Ambernath)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to lead and oversee critical quality assurance functions in our manufacturing operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance, certification, and customer satisfaction across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Product Certification

  • Act as EU Authorized Person for PED Module D, B & H
  • Coordinate certifications: SiTAs, TSG, CCOE & PESO
  • Formerly authorized for ATEX and CCC product certifications

B. Quality Management Certification

  • Serve as Management Representative for API Spec Q1 6D
  • Coordinate ISO systems: 9001, 14001, 45001
  • Develop QMS processes, documentation, SOPs
  • Manage welder certifications and records

C. Customer Support

  • Provide quality documentation during quotation, PO, and FAT stages
  • Offer technical support for customer claims
  • Conduct RCA and implement CAPA for claim resolution
  • Support customer audits and registration processes

D. Additional Duties

  • Perform internal audits and report QMS effectiveness
  • Audit other company facilities and suppliers
  • Resolve quality issues with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain calibration systems for precision equipment
    Ensure compliance with regulatory, engineering, and customer standards

Education & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 12–15 years of experience in quality assurance within manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of welding, metallurgy, valve inspection/testing, and process control
  • Minimum 5 years in a managerial/supervisory role
    Experience in supply chain quality programs and vendor management
