Job Title: Head of Accounts & Finance

Location: Bhopal, India

CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA

Experience: 12–16 Years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / CA Inter / ICWA preferred

Age: Around 40–45 years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Accounts & Finance to lead and oversee all financial operations at our Bhopal office. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the finance and accounts department, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial activities.
  • Oversee budgeting, cash flow, investments, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure timely filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and compliance with all financial regulations.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and external financial institutions for audits, funding, and treasury operations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient financial planning and support business decisions.

Skills & Expertise

  • In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and financial compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing finance teams and implementing financial best practices.

Ideal Candidate

A qualified CA / ICWA professional with 12–16 years of experience (including 5+ years in leadership roles), excellent financial acumen, and a strategic mindset to drive the company's financial growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100, ₹125,000.00 per month
