**Job Title**: Executive - Accounts & Finance

**Location**: Industrial Area, Govindpura, Bhopal-462023
**Department**: Accounts & Finance
**Reports To**: Head Finance / Director

**Position Overview**:
**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Minimum **2 years** of relevant experience in accounts and finance.
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP** and **Microsoft Excel** is mandatory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
- Assist in **preparation and finalization** of **Profit & Loss Account** and **Balance Sheet**.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation of bank statements, and vendor accounts.
- Support preparation and monitoring of **costing and budgeting** for different departments.
- Liaise with banks for transactions, statements, and other financial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as **GST, TDS, TCS, and Income Tax**.
- Prepare and file **GST returns**, and assist in other statutory return filings as required.
- Assist in preparation of audit schedules and support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting of financial data to management.
- Provide support to HR for payroll processing, PF/ESI coordination, and employee reimbursements as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting systems and financial processes.
- Liasoning With Auditors.

**Core Competencies & Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with **Tally ERP** and advanced **Excel functions**.
- Understanding of **costing, budgeting, and financial analysis**.
- Good knowledge of **GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax**, and other statutory compliances.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Hardworking, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of HR and payroll processes (preferred).
