Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter
with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in the
oil and gas sector
, to support our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers to onboard qualified candidates across technical and non-technical roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, workforce planning, and project needs.
  • Source and attract candidates through various platforms including job portals, social media, networking events, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit (technical, cultural, and organizational).
  • Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
  • Support onboarding processes and documentation for selected candidates.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific labor regulations and internal policies.
  • Work with HR team on employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the
    oil & gas
    ,
    energy
    , or
    engineering
    sectors.
  • Familiarity with roles such as drilling engineers, HSE officers, field operators, geologists, and support staff.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
