We are currently hiring for Java Developers with Wealth management/Treasury, Chennai/Bangalore

Experience: Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Role

The Developer can work independently or collaboratively with colleagues, clients or partners in the timely design, development, build, integration, distribution or administration of new software, maintenance of existing software or the process of creating software releases. Able to handle day-to-day challenges and owning the resolution of issues as they arise. Colleagues at this band will have a detailed knowledge on a minimum of one product or process area, whilst also displaying good awareness of industry and market trends/behaviors. A strong information sharer, contributing to training of colleagues and product documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers to build scalable enterprise banking solutions
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate banking needs into technology solutions
  • Build modules for core banking, Wealth and Treasury modules
  • Mentor developers/testers and ensure adherence to best coding, testing and security practices
  • Manage system design and code reviews and guide teams
  • Partner with DevOps and QA teams to maintain efficient CI/CD processes
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and regulatory compliance of applications

Preferred candidate profile

  • 10+ years of experience in Java or equivalent programming languages, Spring Boot, and Databases

  • Strong understanding of enterprise banking processes and workflows (Wealth/Investment Banking/Treasury)

  • Proficient in designing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
