**What You'll Bring**:
The Product Owner is required to have/ be:

- Technical expertise; required to be technology team facing, i.e. working with the product development team on a daily basis converting identified needs to actual deliverables.
- Well-organized; maintain the team backlog and implementation while still contributing to the overall product strategy working with product management and various stakeholders.
- Flexible; as this is a global platform you will be required to work well with virtual teams; comfortable with a flexible work structure that allows for early morning/late night calls with stakeholders domestically and across international.
- Agile experience; TransUnion leverages agile methodologies, you will be required to be experience in an agile environment; SAFe certified is preferred. She/he must be willing to accept a dynamic and multi-faceted role requiring working across several teams and geographies. Your deep experience in technology, product development, agile methodologies along with industry expertise in financial services, or a related discipline will allow you to ‘hit-the-ground-running’ in this fast-paced and evolving matrix business.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Ability to develop execute on the product vision, balance business requirements with IT initiatives, provide leadership, manage execution and delivery of projects and programs;
- Work closely with the IT teams in ensuring a successful and timely implementation of business requirements;
- Supporting the Technology teams in different international markets in localizing the global capabilities and launching solutions successfully.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a strong technical environment;
- Experience working with Agile / Scrum work environment as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or similar role: writing user stories, and following the development process through user story acceptance.
- Ability to build value propositions and communicating with various level stakeholders.
- You work well with virtual teams and have a flexible work structure that allows for early morning/late night calls with resources in other countries.
