Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential partners (solar, energy efficiency, EV charging, etc.) across India.
  • Present and promote Platform to prospective clients.
  • Explain the benefits of joining Platform such as lead generation, digital listing, and business growth opportunities.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales and registration targets.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads through regular follow-ups and CRM updates.
  • Handle inbound partner inquiries and convert them into paid registrations.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth partner onboarding.
  • Collect feedback from partners to improve sales scripts and conversion strategies.
  • Represent company professionally while promoting the brand and its services.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Confidence in tele-sales / inside sales environments.
  • Ability to understand energy industry dynamics (solar, renewable, energy efficiency preferred).
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
  • Strong follow-up, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
