Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Btech (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation).
- Strong technical knowledge in(mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation, etc. as per industry).
- Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
- Relationship-building and customer service orientation.
- Market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills for handling multiple clients/projects.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and report generation.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits, site surveys, and product demonstrations.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on new technologies and industry trends.
Job Responsibilities:
Coming up with strategies to identify levers for revenue growth
Acquiring new clients across different sectors such as Automobile, Paper & Pulp, Chemical, Fertilizer, Steel, Pharma etc
Strengthening relationships with existing clients to drive more repeat business
Gathering consistent feedback from the market for existing offerings and insights on competitor
